Export all of your shop data

Your data is yours. At any time, the owner can download a complete copy of the shop's data, for your records, for your accountant, or to move to another system.

Create an export

1. Go to Settings → Data export. Only the organization owner can see this page.
2. Choose what to include: - Photos & documents (attachments on repair orders and inspections). This makes the file much bigger. - Customer text & email history.
3. Start the export. Most exports are ready in about a minute, and we email you when yours is ready.
4. Click Download.

What's in the file

A ZIP file of spreadsheets (CSV files) that open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers: customers, vehicles, repair orders, jobs, parts, invoices, payments, appointments, inspections and more. A README.txt explains each file.

• CSV files are UTF-8 with header rows.
• Dates are in ISO 8601 format (UTC).
• Money is in dollars with decimals.

Passwords, two-factor secrets and payment card details are never included.

Good to know

• Download links expire after a few days, and old export files are deleted automatically. You can always make a new one.
• Every export and download is recorded in the audit log.
• Need a single list instead, like just your repair orders or payments? Use the Export button on that page, for example on the repair order list or Payments.
